Whole Human Support:

All people that identify as parents are warmly and expressly welcome here

Holistic health means meeting you exactly where you are. In these sessions, we listen to the body’s story and the nervous system’s wisdom, noticing how lived experience shapes thought, feeling, and action. Drawing from cranial sacral therapy, Waldorf Extra Lesson, and gentle parent coaching, each session is uniquely woven to support regulation, integration, and clarity. This work honors the truth that the body keeps the score while acknowledging that it also holds the capacity for repair, resilience, and renewed rhythm. Together, we create space for self-development as a whole human being: head, heart, and hands. Sessions may be quiet and inward, reflective and conversational, or subtly movement-based, always guided by what is most supportive in the moment.

Extra Lesson

Extra Lesson is rooted in Waldorf Pedagogy and uses body based developmental exercises to rewire the brain for optimal movement and integration. Supporting the body in this way creates more ease of movement and fluidity of thought.

Services blend:

Cranial Sacral

Cranial Sacral Therapy gentle, hands-on practice that supports the body’s natural healing processes. Through a deep, intuitive listening practice, the body will be welcomed into relaxation, rhythmical alignment, and release.

Parent Coaching

Parenting brings up a lot of emotions, baggage, and history. Drawing from principles in Parent Education, transformational coaching, and active listening, you will be met in a space of non-judgment and respect as we explore your underlying belief systems and overarching goals.

“My initial cranial session was deeply supportive and grounding. From the start, Emily offered a steady, patient presence, a warm and attentive touch, and a spirit that helped me feel genuinely held and seen. During the first session, I came into recognition of early developmental and nervous system patterns my body has quietly carried over the years. The work allowed long-held tension to surface and soften in a way that felt safe. Emily's care extended beyond the table as she thoughtfully held space afterward, helping me integrate the sensations and stories that emerged. I left feeling more settled in my body and deeply grateful for the attunement and integrity Emily brings her practice. She has a profound capacity to sense, shift, and stabilize the internal landscape we so often dismiss or diminish. I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking gentle, trauma-informed bodywork.”
